Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Earrings and other pierced jewellery
• Hair accessories
• Crochet items
• Personalised or made-to-order products
• Gift cards or vouchers

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

How to Return an Online Order

• Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
• We will provide return instructions and the return address.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of return approval.
• Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
