These Returns & Exchanges terms apply to all purchases made through the Zyrell Ltd online store.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and proof of purchase
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery
- Hair accessories
- Crochet items
- Personalised or made-to-order products
- Gift cards or vouchers
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

How to Return an Online Order
- Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of return approval.
- Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
